Mr. Bird is a corporate
commercial solicitor with 26 years experience concentrated mainly in the
areas of business transactions, securities, reorganizing corporations, company law issues, mining, and commercial leases. Mr. Bird is married with three grown children. Mr. Bird has published articles dealing with corporate governance issues, he lectures for the B.C. Continuing Legal Education Society and is a past Chairman of the National Business Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association. He is a director of a number of corporations and of several civic and charitable organizations. |
